solid stay near the quay

good location parking garage helpful staff lovely view

i found the location convenient to the harbour. a parking garage is right next to the entrance and a discount is available. the staff were helpful at check in and provided quick service. my room on the fifth floor had a lovely view.

i noticed a small step up to the bathroom that could be a tripping hazard

the breakfast buffet provided a good selection. i particularly enjoyed the pancake machine, it made fresh pancakes quickly. the breakfast choices were excellent with multiple options available early.

spacious room friendly staff luggage storage reasonable price

the double room was spacious. the staff were very friendly. i left my luggage and visited places, then returned to collect it later. it was a reasonable stay.

the room felt very warm even when the heating was off. the window only opened a few centimeters due to a safety latch.

The breakfast selection REALLY disappointed me. The pastries seemed stale, and the coffee tasted weak. Also the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. I struggled to stream a video. AND that was a major inconvenience

mixed feelings in city

the location was alright with transportation and consumption services close by. the staff exist.

the bathroom was like a time capsule. it was cramped and uncomfortable, not an enjoyable experience for me. i expect bathrooms to be at the very least functional.

The location is very convenient. Major stores are nearby. The staff offered friendly service. The breakfast was fulfilling and plentiful.

The room lacked a telephone. I found no instructions to use WhatsApp. The parking situation was not ideal as it required a walk away.
